Teaching African History Alongside the British Curriculum

Rather than treating African history as an add-on, we integrate it directly into humanities units — pairing a Cambridge Primary history topic on ancient civilisations with a parallel unit on the Great Lakes kingdoms or the Swahili Coast trade routes.
