Admissions are open year-round, subject to availability by level. Entry is non-discriminatory, and diversity and inclusion are celebrated. Placement is based on age, academic record, and — where necessary — an entry assessment.
Inclusive by Design
We welcome students of all nationalities, backgrounds, and faiths who can benefit from our academic and co-curricular programme. Learners with special educational needs (SEN) are considered based on the school's capacity to support the child.
Waitlist Policy
Where a level is full, a place on the waitlist can be secured with a deposit of 20% of the applicable tuition fee.

Complete the Application
Fill out our online registration form with your child and family details.
Submit Documents
Provide a copy of the birth certificate/passport, previous school reports, and medical record.
Two-Day Trial
Your child joins us for a two-day trial and age-appropriate assessment.
Parent Meeting
Parents meet with school leadership to discuss the placement and next steps.
Confirm & Enroll
Pay the registration fee to confirm your child's place at Haven Hybrid Springs.

Tuition fees — September 2025 to August 2026.

| Lower & Upper Secondary | Years 7 – 11 | KSh 95,000 |
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of KSh 5,000 applies. Clubs & activities (Gymnastics, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Football, Public Speaking, Swimming, Paddle) start from KSh 5,000 per term. Transport is not currently provided; meals are provided by parents.
Payment Policy
Fees are due two weeks before the start of each term, payable in three instalments:
- 1st instalment: 60% before the start of term
- 2nd instalment: 20% mid-term
- 3rd instalment: 20% at the end of term
A late payment penalty of 1.25% per month applies to any unpaid balance.
